THE PATH OF TRANSFORMATION IS CALLING YOU

Happy Full Moon dear friends!

A few minutes away from this moment when I write this, the Moon is going to illuminate the sky with its greatness. I find it is a privilege that we get to celebrate, and receive the energy that the Moon Goddess is sharing with us each month.

The energy of the Moon invites us to get acquainted to different aspects of our being, as she moves along. She is bringing us the gifts of intuitive power, manifested in the different aspects of our life.

So what are the blessings that she is sharing with us this Full Moon? When She is becomes full in Scorpio, the Moon Goddess brings us the promise of illuminating our intimate relationships. Such an intimate relationship could be with a partner, or a Higher Power, and even your relationship with your Soul.

Over this last week especially, you may have felt that you were thrown into crises or dramatic situations that have challenged you to awaken to a new understanding about yourself. Because the Moon in Scorpio doesn't go just half the distance, it is asking you to dig deep. Look into the darkest corners of your being to find the Truth about that intimate relationship you share with your Soul. Are you on the path of least resistance, comfort and maybe even waiting to have things fall in your lap? Then you may find that this is a time of great upheaval in your life.

When you find yourself in such a place, then the challenges you meet could even create nightmarish experiences, because you probably avoided for too long the truth that your Soul is revealing to you: as long as you are here on Earth, you have to take the highest path, and the path toward living with integrity toward yourself, and reverence and respect toward the Universe. It is this path that keeps calling you to respond to its promptings. It is the path that will eventually lay bare everything that is hiding deep within you. Such a path is not for those that are easily deceiving themselves that they can continue with the same avoidance mechanisms, and ways of telling themselves that everything is fine with their world.

If you are on the path of walking hand in hand with your Soul, you know that it is high time for you to answer the call, and this call is going to bring you great rewards. It is going to reveal to you the life that you grasp with your intuition, and that you yearn to touch it so intimately.

Don't be afraid to look deep, because once you have taken a good look at what is hiding in the dark, the ways to your truth are no longer unknown to you.

You are now receiving a boost of energy to align yourself with the energy that is presented to you. If you feel discomfort, let it be what it is. It is essential at times that you let the energy that flows, to be fully revealed to you, and allowing discomfort to be present, only makes it easier for you to access what is hidden behind it.

Don't wish it away, don't fight it. In no way, will you achieve anything by doing so. Surrender instead to the Higher Power that flows onto the Earth, and with that allow yourself to understand that power lies within the willingness to be presented with a complete transformation of Self. Such transformation is not anything that you can own, and certainly not something that you can direct. It comes to you, it can bring tremendous change in your life, but only if you fully let it work through you, as you are an empty vessel receiving everything with complete openness.

As you are looking at your life right now, reflect on what are the greatest crises that you are facing right now. Consider how much of what you are experiencing deeply as your turmoil is truly your own emotional crisis, and how much of that is coming from outside of you, and you are just taking it all in as your own. Once you do this, make a small circle of prayer or meditation where you release yourself and these crises to the Higher Power in your life, surrendering fully to the shifts that are coming at you. Acknowledge your humanness, and the needs that you might have, which are important for you. Ask to be shown a way to deal with the things that are challenging you now. Yet once something is presented to you as a way of your Truth, don't hesitate to walk that way.

Once you are coming out of this cycle of transformation, your whole being is going to be transformed to the point that you will no longer fear the unknown. You will walk in confidence, knowing that you have found your great ally – your Soul.

WHAT BALANCE YOU EXPERIENCE NOW

Happy Full Moon dear friends!

Moving from the last Eclipse in March 20th to the Eclipse today, you are dealing with a feeling that the whole world is disintegrating and dissolving, while on the other hand things have accelerated in heightening the spiritual awareness, and the inner peace that you experience. This is a signature of these times, and it is important to let go of control and worries now.

One of the things that is really important to do at this time is to take time to meditate, or do something of a meditative form, and stay more to yourself. It could be using a form of meditation where you sit quietly, walk gently and reflect at the same time, or affirm something to yourself over the course of the day to remind yourself of peace, or it could be something like being out with nature, or in the garden using your hands to touch the ground.

The full Moon/Lunar Eclipse that happened today is such a powerful one because it stirs up a lot of emotions, but also a lot of mental activity. Events like the full Moons usually bring with them a lot of restlessness or anxiety. This particular one is forcing you to align the energy of emotion with the energy of thinking. It is getting you to look at your impulsive nature and where you may not be thinking before acting, and end up feeling hurt by those experiences. And it is asking of you to find that middle road, that place in your world where you can be at peace with your journey, and surrender to the understanding that help is available, but it has to come from a form of cooperation that everyone brings into this world, and from a willingness to work together with others instead of just wanting to do your own thing.

During the Equinox event that we had recently with Saint-Germain, the message came very clearly that this world has to learn to cooperate, and be ready to let go of everything that is forceful, and where everyone tries to impose their will on things, or activities. We received very clear messages that now is the time when you are called to heal yourself more than ever, so that you can help heal others, too. Your mind and heart have to be illuminated by the power of Love and the desire to be in service to others, and in service to a world that includes everyone!

The basic idea is that you can't continue to live from an instinctual place, or to continue to follow the same ways of doing things. It is time to bring into awareness where you've been trying to have things your way, and at the cost of the other. It is time to bring into awareness where your approach, as familiar as it was on your journey, was only promoting a self-absorbed way of living, leading to a lot of disruption in your life. Impulsive words, coming from your head instead from your heart are not working anymore. You are now called to change that, to bring the heart into your conversations, to bring a sense of purpose in your life that extends to the the person next to you with genuine love and care, because you know that when you further the well-being of another along with yours, you are connected to this world in ways that you weren't able to feel and experience before. Taking this approach will not only bring balance, and a sense of harmony in your life, but it will bring to you that sense of authority, and being in charge of your life that you've been wanting so much lately.

When you follow this new path, you will feel renewed emotionally, and you will use this resource to grow even more into experiences that bring you and the other next to you joy, love and care.

Take time to reflect on these words and energies dear friends. Take time to be with yourself, but also to celebrate your togetherness with those you care about. Take time to remind yourself that all is well, but in order for this whole world to be well, you have to do your part. You have to take the extra step beyond what is just good for you. It has to be good for you first AND at the same time, it has to be good for everyone that you touch. Everyone that has a connection with you. That's when you are finding balance, and when this whole Earth is healing!

BETWEEN DISILLUSION AND GRACE

Caught in between two major eclipses, you may wonder what is going on? You are not the only one asking this question at this time. When the Solar eclipse started on March 20th, with the Equinox following right behind it, the waters of consciousness have been stirred up. Looking back over the last week, you can see how it has affected you, and how it has affected the world.

You may have felt that you were completely out of control with your life, or your body. Maybe the way that you were responding to the events around you was uncoordinated. At the same time, you felt that the Universe was opening its gates wide open to show you the mystery of life, and the wonderful things that are coming ahead.

On the one hand, you felt how everything was disintegrating in front of your eyes, and many people around you were acting out of fear. Disillusion, confusion, a lack of purpose were on the day's list. On the other hand, your connection to the Divine and the wonders of life were closer to you than ever before. Compassion, unconditional love, and deep contentment were the other experiences throughout your day.

How is this all possible? How is it possible to feel so deep, to reach such a profound place of inner peace and stillness, and at the same time to see the insanity of this world rampant all around you?

All of this happens when the boundaries are dissolving, and the only thing that is left is the Truth. The truth of your Divinity, and Oneness with All that IS. If you've been searching and deeply connecting with this truth, then this is one thing you can hold on to as your reality now. But if you are still struggling to accept this truth as your only reality, then you do experience the disillusion, the disappointment, and the lack of groundedness as the other part of your experience.

Moving toward the April 4th Lunar eclipse, now is your opportunity to review. Reconsider the reality you hold on to so dearly, and look at the only reality that truly IS, and that is self-evident. You are a Child of God, and God also. You are here to immerse yourself in the human experience with the only purpose of remembering and embodying your Divinity in everything that you do.

In reviewing the things that hold you back from accomplishing this purpose in life, you will be able to make decisions about what it is that you need to drop, and where you want to put your full attention and focus. The clarity of purpose and intentions that you put behind your work is going to propel you forward without you needing to invest so much effort as you would, if you were to keep doing things the same way as before.

Once you have accepted that your Soul's purpose in this lifetime is to remember and live your Divinity, you will be much more effective in everything that you do, and you will bring deeper healing in your own life, and in the life of everyone that you choose to interact with. What you DO will no longer be a struggle, but an experience of grace.

However, it is good to know that you will encounter your obstacles. Your fears will speak to you in a voice that will be easy to detect, if you are paying attention. Watch for these symptoms: extreme mental anguish, unexplainable health issues, guilt building up, mistrust around things that used to feel normal to you, and doubt about your abilities. When you notice any of these experiences, you will know that somewhere you have given way to a reality that is not your Soul's. You have made it possible for illusion to enter your world, and to dictate your life. Understand what is happening, and then you can make a change. But please know that you will not be able to push through, and use your will to move through the challenges. It will take more than just will power, and determination. It will require a willingness from you to relinquish control, and to work with the power of your intuition to discover where your resources are truly coming alive.

WHY DO YOU NEED TO HEAL?

We recently lost a member of our small community. This man wasn't anyone close to us, but he had enough of a public life that his passing touched a deep chord in many people in this small town.

We lose people that we care about; we lose friends and family. And if you look back at those losses, there is always a simple lesson in the journey of someone's passing from the physical into the ethereal: live your life NOW. Yes, right now, without worrying about the past, or about the future.

Yet most people (including yourself) live either in the past or in the future. Or in a combination of both. Most people don't know how to live in the present. You, yourself are probably struggling about how to live in the now. And why is that? Because you are still trying to heal your wounds.

You may hear this idea going around in esoteric circles that yes, you need to do healing, but at some point you need to stop looking into the past. Agreed. Not one person will benefit if you are stuck in the past, that is quite clear. So, you can't just keep going back, and find yet another reason why everything is "wrong" with you. That is of course not the kind of experience of life that will benefit you, and that will bring you happiness now.

So, how do you navigate this fine line, where healing needs to happen in order for you to experience joy, yet not get stuck in the past, and all the possible wrong things you've done, or that you have been?

It really isn't that complicated.

1. First of all, in this present moment be ready to take your journey into your own hands, and take up the authority over your life. Yes, right here and now is the time to do something about your life. Not tomorrow, yet knowing that it is not too late either.
2. Quit projecting, or displacing your discontent on someone else. Assume full responsibility for your journey, and that includes how you feel, and what you experience every day. This step alone will be such a liberating experience for you, propelling you into a much greater understanding of your journey.
3. Next you need to find what it is that holds you back from experiencing your greatness. Is it a limiting belief you have about yourself? Do you believe that the world around you has a vested interest in keeping you from being happy? How deep you look at this issue, will determine how you proceed from now on with your life.
4. When you look deep within, you will discover some patterns about your life. Some things seem to repeat themselves in cycles; relationships look very similar to each other; your response to life has the same underlying tone about it. So, look at these patterns with both curiosity, but also with an objective distance that gives you the insight you need to further understand your life.
5. Once you've reached this stage in your healing, you probably recognize the actors in your life, and how each actor has played a role, one more pleasant than the other, but important nonetheless. When people show up in your life, you learn from these experiences. Relationships can show you where most of your wounds stem from, and some relationships may even increase the wounding within you.
6. Now you have reached a critical point: you are at the threshold between present and past. Here it is essential that you don't fall too deep into the past, yet it is just as important that you don't overlook anything from the past. You NEED to look at your wounds, you need to face them fully, and then you need to find healing. When you admit and name your wounds, you are able to deal with whatever it is that is holding you back. But when you are also taking the next step in healing these wounds, you are empowering yourself to have a different experience of life.
7. This is where you have reached the core of your whole journey. By allowing healing to come into your life, you no longer give your power to those wounded parts of yourself. You no longer play the game of being the victim of circumstances in your life. You assume responsibility for your experience fully, and you take the matters in your own hands to make sure that you are healed. Once you've reached this stage, you will know already that truly, at the core of your Being nothing about you can be wounded. You are whole, and complete just as you are.

That is why you need to heal. Healing takes away the illusion out of the reality of your life, and you step fully into your Wholeness. You understand that this life is about your journey back into the arms of your Divinity, and your Soul is the guiding light that shines on your path of your human experience. Embrace this journey fully, understand that you are safe at all times, and know that you will receive both guidance and help when you need it. Blessings to you.

SURRENDER TO A NEW LIFE

Happy New Moon everyone!

With the experience of the New Moon upon us, it is wise to reflect on the things that we are going to bring into the world, in this next cycle of activity that begins. But before you envision what you want to achieve next, make sure that you do a thorough examination of what you're leaving behind. And why is this so? Because this is the time to do it.

Maybe in these last few days you've felt an urge to finally let go of old patterns of behavior that seem to sabotage your efforts. But one thing that has showed up in the equation is frustration. A lot of frustrated energy is bubbling up to the surface, and you find that it's quite hard to know why you are getting so annoyed and dissatisfied with everything. But that's happening because you need to pay attention.

Some of your old behaviors and patterns of thinking are too rigid. You are stuck in the head, and instead of relinquishing control, and surrendering to your experience, you hold on even tighter. Have you noticed that your body feels more achy? Do you feel even constipated? Maybe you find that your body is just stiff and doesn't want to move? There you go. You have your signs right there in front of you. Your body is telling you: "Listen to me! You are not going to win through willfulness, nor through excessive use of power. You have to surrender."

So how do you surrender?

Here's a beautiful exercise that you can do today.

1. Sit down in a quiet space, with a pen and a piece of paper.
2. Begin by first breathing deeply, and acknowledging how your body feels. Close your eyes, so that you can feel your body from the inside out.
3. As you keep your eyes closed, begin to breathe in deeply and to drop the weight on your shoulders. Breathe in and out, and let go of any thoughts you have stored in your head for now. Do this for about 2 to 5 minutes.
4. Open your eyes, and take the pen and the paper. Begin to write down the following:

"I want to easily surrender all my worries and anxieties into the healing hands of God/the Universe/my Higher Self."
"In my daily life, I want to consciously and consistently remember that God/the Universe/my Higher Self is in charge of everything"
"I want to easily find myself trusting my Guides/the Universe/God to successfully guide my life"


5. When you write, always get the help of your intuition to help guide your wording, and if you feel that something feels off, use your own wording. Find a way to write what you feel deeply with your heart. (not with the mind!)
6. Next, take the piece of paper, and add it to your journal. (If you don't have one yet, make this your first thing to add to the journal.)
7. Read these statements each night before going to sleep, for at least 7 days.
8. Observe your inner attitudes about trust and surrender over this period of time, and how you change. Write down in your journal how you perceive those changes within.

Surrender isn't hard

Surrender comes when you are willing. It may take some time to learn this practice, but once you have experienced the liberating feeling that is bringing in your life, you will certainly want to get that feeling back. It isn't hard. It just takes practice and your willingness to relinquish control.

You know that too many times it is hard to let go, and it is hard because you don't even realize you are holding on to something. So it does take self-awareness to see first that you have something you try to control, and then there is a need to let go.

Now, the greatest favor you can do yourself is to look at your recent past, and how it has taught you about what you still have unresolved within yourself. Instead of holding on to any grudge, or a sense of frustration that you've done something wrong, or others are doing something wrong to you, without taking any impulsive action, just sit with those experiences in silence. If you get quiet enough, you will notice that something will begin to shift, when you no longer apply judgement to your experiences, or to yourself and the people around you. Instead of getting stubborn and holding on even harder, by allowing yourself to plainly SEE, you see through the situation. And that will help break the cycle of attachment to repeating the same mistakes, and to any disempowering behaviors.

When you reach this place, guess what? Surrender just follows. You find yourself letting go. No longer worrying, no longer holding on, you just surrender to your new life, and the funny thing you find is that it is much easier now experience balance than it used to be.

Repeat this practice whenever necessary, and stay out of trouble!

THE MAGIC OF STILLNESS

When your Soul speaks to you, you better listen. Not that you aren't, but that voice that speaks to you, and guides you is always available with counsel and compassion. Yet, so many times you get caught up in thinking, and overlook this voice that may not have the bravado, but certainly talks to you. So, on a given day when you get ready to do something, or say something to someone, make sure that you first reflect in the stillness of your heart: "What would be the best thing to do now?" And only after you reflected on the message that you received, act on it.

When you are able to be quiet, and feel what your Soul has to communicate with you, you discover great treasures that are hidden behind the buzzing of the every day worry and planning. In stillness, you discover what inspires you, and you are shown which way to go. Have you spent a moment in silence, maybe meditating and allowing for the inner voice to speak to you today? If not, here is an exercise that you could use.

Just imagine yourself tonight before going to bed, or tomorrow morning after getting up, sitting in a space where you are quiet, and everything around you slows down to a point of stillness. You bring your mind to a place where it doesn't worry about what needs to happen next on the agenda of the day, you let your emotions get calm and be undisturbed... and you can literally feel and listen to the voice of your Soul.

You sit in stillness, without any agenda or plan for at least 1 hour. You stay in that place where you can contemplate on stillness. You breathe in, and you breathe out deeply. You connect with your Higher Self through your breath. As you do that, it will speak to you in that soft voice. You will feel your inner world expanding, and your outer world will suddenly feel perfect just as it is.

And as you sit there still and quiet... you will suddenly feel a little jolt. It is your creative Self, ready to engage the world. You will get an idea, a thought, or something that will move you toward resolving something you were worrying before, or exploring something that you wanted to explore for a while but didn't know how. The image of your life will come into focus, and your whole Presence will be there... emotionally, mentally, physically... you are there to take it all in, and to change your life and circumstances with ease.

Try it out dear friends. If not today, maybe tomorrow morning. At those special times of the day when you disconnect the body, it's best to listen... see what happens.

The magic of stillness

The magic of stillness is quite amazing! When you are truly letting everything go in your outer and inner world, and go deeply within, magic will happen: you will see the light coming out of you. You are no longer just trying to catch the light, but you let it rise in you, and give you the insight and wisdom that is necessary to deal with your life circumstances. Make a habit out of being still, and spending time by yourself.

LIVING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE

So what has Mercury retrograde taught you about yourself? Mercury is becoming pretty popular, isn't it? This planet of communication, in perfect style of what it represents, truly brings about a different form of communication in your life once it shifts to being retrograde.

You can learn many things about yourself, when you are willing to invest your time and personal effort into growing in awareness. This period of apparently backward movement that is ending on February 11th was no different. Except that it was. Each such period is marked by other cosmic events taking place at the same time, and this one has asked you to look very closely at old habits and beliefs in your life that need to be absolutely released. This was a time that truly required you to look deeply: To make assessments of what you want to keep from old, belief structures, so that what doesn't serve you anymore becomes quite obvious. Have you paid attention? Did you listen carefully?

If you did, you might have observed some old fears, and compulsions that you have developed over time, because have been quite to the forefront of your daily experience. Yes, maybe you work too hard, and too much, trying to reach for an ideal that is in your head, and you're not truly assessing what your resources are, and where are your priorities?! You've grown accustomed to these compulsions, because they were fed by fears that you are so familiar with, and that you've lived with for a long, long time. But you know by now that these are no longer working for you. Not only that you know this, but you also know that you are living a life that is truly draining you.

The past 3 weeks have given you a chance to look closely at these issues, to make your contracts with yourself, and to start making changes. Visible changes that tell the world that you are no longer willing to just survive, but you are ready to live fully!

Have you been scrutinizing, and thinking critically about EVERYTHING that was presented to you in these weeks? Have you been willing to make changes where you were feeling challenged by the Universe to step out of your comfort zone? Then, you are going to see things rolling, and unfolding over the next 3 weeks. When you do the inner work, when you diligently apply yourself to meeting the changes that the Universe makes available to you, then you will feel in alignment, and you will see the results very quickly showing up.

If you felt resistance, and you dodged responsibility over what needed to be changed, you most likely felt uncomfortable all the time, and you still feel that something is left unfinished. If this is the case, just be honest with yourself in acknowledging that some things are challenging you, and that you truly have to get things moving. You will feel swiped by the energy that is flowing now onto the Earth, if you are continuing to resist. Learn to stop, be silent, and listen carefully to your inner wisdom. Get into a place where you can actually understand what you hear is coming at you. And most of all, be willing to accept change. Do not continue to resist by telling yourself the same old stories in your head. They can be quite entertaining, but they keep you in an old, and unevolved place. Now is the time to move forward! So GO. Go now! Open up to new opportunities in your life, and be prepared to LIVE!

Last year marked a great change in our lives. Both Dan and I have noticed that we needed to make changes about our lifestyle, so that we could enjoy ourselves and what we create. Between working full time (and wanting to expand beyond that), being in part caregivers to a fully dependent elderly, and growing a garden, we wanted for things to change so badly. So, we tried to see what needed to be changed. What are our priorities? First, we realized that Dan needs a lot more time outdoors, working in the garden than working full time in an office, and even growing more business in the office. I was needing to meet my growing desire to learn more about nutrition and wellness, too. We also needed more rest, and more recreation. So how did we start creating that?

Well, Dan stepped down on the intensity he was putting into the office, and shifted his focus into incorporating more gardening, and learning about growing food on a larger scale. He is now a full time healer and a full time farmer. :)

I began taking nutrition and wellness classes, by enrolling into Health Mastery Institute. I am now a full time author/channeler and a full time student, too.
We are still responsible for taking care of some of the needs of Dan's mother, and we have started to increase our vacation/relaxation time.

Now, these last few weeks have been quite tricky. Mercury showed us where we're still trying to hold on to the same way of doing things that we were trying to release last year, and where some of our habitual ways of thinking and acting needed to shift into opening up more toward a different flow. Because of our willingness to change, we now have more things going on than ever, yet we feel different about our life, and much more fulfilled in our endeavors. DO YOU LIVE WITH SOUL PURPOSE?

The revolving theme in your life is all about "Who Am I?" And you rightfully ask yourself this, because unless you have found your answer, you will keep asking. Your human You wants to know why are you here, and what business you got to do here on this Earth.

This is of course no small deal to know yourself. It is a work in progress that sometimes takes a lifetime, and it takes you into the darkest places. But, if you are like me, you will want to know, and nothing will ever stop you. Nothing ever so scary of a journey in this life will make it impossible for you to find out your Soul's purpose.

But wait, sometimes you do ask yourself why should I go on, aren't you? Why continue with this journey that seems to never have a happy ending, and only requires more and more of you?

You continue though, and you do it because you have made a pledge. One to be committed to your journey, whether it is a conscious, or an unconscious journey. So, you wonder why at times, it seems to be so hard to walk this path. It is certainly not for lack of trying, you say. And it probably is true. You try hard, and you may even work hard at reaching those goals, and making the perfect decisions. You tell yourself that you are doing everything that you can, and so you expect good results. Yet they don't always come. The results even seem to be contradictory with your input of energy, and your intentions.

This is where you become either frightened and angry, or totally desperate. You don't seem to make sense of what is going on in your life.

You are having this experience because what you are trying to fulfill is a pledge you took unconsciously, and it is one that is not aligned with your Soul's purpose. It is a pledge that many times is a leftover from another lifetime even. You have taken a pledge, and you are not aware about where it is taking you. And what you see that it's bringing into your life, are just pieces of happiness, but not the whole package.

This is when you have to stop. Become very still. And LISTEN.
This is when you have to learn to disengage the story of your mind, and listen to what your Soul shares with you.

You can't live with Soul purpose, unless you are willing to take a turn in your life. And this may feel absolutely frightening, and utterly crazy to you. You may feel that your body, your mind, and everything around you starts to disassemble like a house made of cards. But that is the sign of change coming into your life, and it is one that you should welcome, because this is when you will be finally able to move toward YOUR purpose, and what your life is truly meant to be.

HOW DO I HANDLE CHANGE NOW?

Your Soul encourages you to take things one step at a time, and to not expect immediate results. You are working with a process of profound inner change. If you worry about what will happen to you, then you will miss the magic of the transformation. Transformation is about process and flow, not results.

One of the first things that comes up whenever you are willing to go through profound change, is that you are going to face your fears. Yes, so many fears are popping up for you, so don't cave into them. When this happens, remember that you are facing these fears now, in order to finally release them. YES, it is time to release those fears, so that you can fully show your light into the world! It may be uncomfortable, it may happen through some unpleasant experiences in your body, or people that show up in your life now, but eventually if you are dedicated to this journey (and if you read this, you ARE) you will release these fears. This is the time.

Also, the other thing that will show up right close to your fears is doubt. It may be creeping into your day too often. Because of so much changing, and changing that happens at a very fast pace, your mind can't keep up with everything, and you feel doubt. Have faith! Dedicate yourself fully to the path you are on, and make sure that you are always listening to the voice of your Higher Self. (If you need help, you know where to find us!)

Another important part of the change that is going on in your life is: time for yourself. You may not realize how important this actually is. But if you keep going, going, and going through your days, and never replenish that vessel that you are with fresh energy, you are eventually going to collapse. And how might this look like? Sometimes it comes in form of illness, at other times you will see signs of stress in your relationships at home or at work, and at other times it can come through financial strain like unexpected expenses. YES, all of those experiences are related to you not taking care of yourself, and constantly depleting yourself of energy. So, make some time for yourself NOW. Put yourself first, especially now that you are going through essentially one of the greatest shifts we have experienced in quite a while. This is serious. Don't be fearful. Be ready to make the necessary shifts to really be focused on yourself.

With the New Moon today, and Mercury going retrograde tomorrow, I hope that the major transformation that is going on right now is finding you able to cope with everything. It's a time to truly dig deep within, and find the answers to so many of the questions that you have been dealing with over the last few months. You are now encouraged to spend time by yourself, to be truly patient with your journey, and to make sure that you give yourself the time that you need to integrate everything that is being shifted and transformed.

If you are staying focused on yourself, and you are willing to explore what shows up in your life right now, without letting yourself be pulled in other people's chaos, you should have a deeply introspective time during the next few weeks, with a lot of insight and some great revelations too.

If you have been waiting for something to change, before you make a change within, the kind of experience you are having is going to show you, whether you are stuck or not. As you read this message, you need to know that you can't hide from yourself. You can't keep asking for change, and then not be willing to do what is necessary for the change to be present in your experience. Digging deep IS what is required of you, and nobody around you will be able to do it for you. YOU have to do the work. Be willing, listen carefully, and GO. You will get promptings, you will know if something needs to change in your environment, just don't make an obstacle of yourself.

Observe your environment, and the people that you have attracted in your life. Do you see yourself in those around you? If not, then you know that it is time to change something about that. Is your job reflecting what you have been wanting to put out into the world? If not, then there is something else that needs to come into your life. Call a new job, or career to you. Is your body a reflection of your Highest image of your Self? If not, then you have another step that you can take in your life, and this one is essential for you being happy as much as any of the other ones.

All of these questions are hints for you. Be really honest with yourself, look in the mirror of your Soul, and let your Soul speak to you of Truth. You will know that when the truth reaches you, you are ready to make the necessary changes. And change will have to come, because we live in an era of absolute honesty, or absolute delusion. You can't be in the middle, you have to choose. NOW.

If you need to ground yourself, because some of the energy around you seems to be spinning out of control, make sure that you do some or all of these simple things (and of course, if you have other things that keep you going, it's great!):
1. drink plenty of water (pure if possible, and with fresh lemon juice in it);
2. walk outside in nature, as much as possible in the sun, and if you can, also barefoot;
3. do gentle breathing and exercising, with a lot on focus on your breath;
4. stay away from stimulants like coffee, or alcohol (replace them with green tea, yerba mate, or other substitutes for coffee that are not toxic, and drink more herbal teas, too);
5. sleep the number of hours that your body needs, and take as many naps as possible;
6. get hugs from loved ones, or be around your pets to feel their love;
7. associate with those that truly are listening to you, if not stay in your space for this time being;
8. find reasons to laugh really well, because it shakes the energy that is getting too crazy around you.

DEALING WITH LOSS

In loving memory of Luana*

We all go through life experiencing loss. We lose a tooth as children, we lose our friendships later as adolescents, and at some point in life we lose our loved ones, too. It could be a sibling, a parent, or in some cases a child.

Every time we experience loss, we have our ways to cope with it. Some losses being more painful than others, we learn to deal with them in ways that we can, and however we are able to.

When we lose a loved one, something deep changes within us. We usually spend time in mourning, grieving for the person that has departed the Earth, and sometimes we feel sorry for ourselves, because we don't have the loved person around us anymore.

Yet, when this happens, and we experience loss, do we also lose the OPPORTUNITY for change? Do we lose the chance of listening closer to the people around us? Do we miss the chance to be kinder to our environment and the animals around us? To be more aware of the negative ways of thinking that we constantly project into the world?

In those moments, after the anger and the sadness of losing a loved one is gone, we usually try to bargain, and make some deals with God and with our destiny, promising that we won't forget the people that we loved, that we will remember to be kinder to the ones that are still with us, and that we will become better people. This bargaining, we do it in hope that somehow, we can make ourselves feel better for the regret we experience toward our loss of a loved one. We are sincere in our regrets, and we are sincere in our promises.

Only that it doesn't take long for any of us to return to the "usual, regular life." If we are lucky enough, the feeling of love we felt for the person that left our physical presence, will keep reminding us to try to do everything we promised. But even with that reminder, we fall back into our routines. We fight with our children, or our spouses, we get angry at some person on the street. We get impatient when an important matter doesn't get resolved as quickly as we would want it to. And we move on with the same lives we've had previous to our loss.

This is what people consider a normal behavior. It's a coping mechanism that everyone has acquired, in order to survive an emotional trauma. But what if, each time we lose a loved one we take the opportunity to awaken to our true Self? What if we take advantage of these times to get in touch with our feelings, with our Soul's purpose, and to act on our desire to "be a better person?" What if we wouldn't just make a promise to be a better person, but we actually make a conscious effort every day to become that better person that we want to be? What if we keep ourselves accountable for the changes that we are consciously making in our lives?

What if we didn't let another loss remind us of the promises we made, and we start living with the commitment to be the kinder sibling? What if we made sure that we become more aware, and we don't fall into old patterns of behavior with our spouses and parents, which are leading to old conflicts? What if we do all this?

Then, we would definitely honor the memory of the people we loved (who are either gone, or still with us) by showing them that we are honoring our lives, and the lives of the people that are around us now. We would honor and cherish this precious gift that it is given us, the gift of making a difference in someone else's life. And in the end, we would honor our purpose of being here on Earth.

Hoping that your life will be filled with love and compassion each day, I will let you know dear friends that my life wouldn't be the same without you being part of it. I cherish this immensely. Thank you.

CAN VACATIONS SUPPORT YOUR SOUL'S PURPOSE?


How is that possible? How could a vacation be supporting your Soul's purpose? It's hard for the mind to understand this, yet here's how it is doing just that.

Being on vacation helps you get relaxed, and it is not only your body that is relaxed, but also your mind, and your emotions. Everything changes to a different state of being when you're on vacation. You no longer operate from an automated place, but instead you follow an intuitive flow of energy which usually regulates very easily the activities of your day-to-day living.

So, how can you then support your Soul's purpose by being on vacation? Here's how. When you move into this intuitive flow of energy, the promptings of your Soul are much more available to you because you are listening more, and you are following these impulses without limitations. In this intuitive flow, you are not only listening and following more the impulses of your Soul, but you are also more attuned to the timing of the messages you receive. The "instructions" coming from your Soul are easier to follow because they also make sense to you, more than when your head is filled with confused thoughts.

Doesn't it make sense? Of course it does. You are meant to be relaxed, and to live in a state of continuous flow. But most of the time you forget this, feeling trapped into thinking that it's normal for your body to be governed by stress and lots of pressure. But it doesn't have to be this way.

You can learn again how to relax, and how to let yourself be in a flow. And one of the most efficient ways to do it is to take vacations. Yes, to take time off, and to let go of the stress and the worries of your daily routines, and just enjoy yourself.

It is important to understand this, because when you are consciously making a choice to step away from your work, and from your daily grind, you are removing yourself from a place where you might have felt stuck in old situations that needed some change. And when you take yourself out of those situations, by consciously choosing to do something different AND to enjoy yourself by relaxing your body, you are creating new opportunities in your life. You may find new solutions to problematic situations, you may discover how to use your time at work better, and you may also understand that you were less productive in the past, due to stress and overworking your body.

So, you see that giving your body a break means more than just sitting on the edge of a swimming pool, and doing nothing. It means that you are giving your mind a break from worrying, while you let your whole body relax. You are also letting your emotions find their balance again, and by doing all this, you are more in tune with your body. And after resting, you become more energized, and more confident.

This is how you can see that your body is your partner in guiding you toward the right experience for you, and toward fulfilling your Soul's purpose.

So go ahead, plan your next vacation. It doesn't have to be a fancy one, but one that is restful to you. Take regular breaks, even if it is just for a few days. But when you take those breaks make a point of staying away from the things that are a source of worry and stress in your everyday life. And on the same note, take breaks even if they are just for a few hours in the week to be with yourself, to be in your own energy, to rejuvenate and recover from stress.

YOUR FAMILY DESIGN


Family relationships are the most complex and intricate of all your relationships. Yes, even more than your romantic relationships. Why is this so? Because when you are born in your family, or live with an adoptive family, you acquire your roles and responsibilities very early, and they will define you for the rest of your life. You also come into the world with a baggage of your past karma, which you are here to work with, and most often to change it to the better.

No wonder that you (like many other people) feel that being part of your family is a challenge, and not a fun one many times. It isn't fun to come into a family, where your roles are determined from the start, and you can't really change much about that, until much later in your life.

But have your thought of a different perspective? When you are part of your family, and you have your determined role, you also experience how to be part of the greater fabric of humanity. You learn that you are not alone, even in the most conflictual of family relationships. The family that you are a part of helps you understand that your role, and presence contributes to the betterment of everyone involved in your life. You have your first experiences of knowing what it means to depend on someone, or have someone else depend on you. You feel loyalty, and deep connection to another human being. And of course, in most of the cases, in this complex design of relationships, you also feel and experience Love.

The love of a parent, or care giver, the love of a sibling, the love of grandparents and cousins. You are in the middle of this woven pattern of Love, where you know your place, and where you belong.

Of course that it isn't always perfect to live with your family, nor it is always fun to have to wait until you are out of the family to explore your individuality and self-determination. But the first experiences of communion, and deep connection with another being start right there, in your family. And it is an experience that you carry with you for as long as you live. What you learn from these relationships, you put into practice when you create your own family later in life. You have this design that you are a part of, and you continue to weave into it your own addition of a family.

FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS AND YOUR PAST


You are born into a family. Like most everyone, you spend your life with the people that are your family... Whether they are your birth parents, or adoptive parents (caregivers) and siblings, you have a family that you call your own.

Through life, as you grow up around your family, you accept your place in the structure of this group, and you share the responsibilities of being part of it. You learn to play your role, and you learn about the roles that others have in the family structure. And after a number being an apprentice for a number of years, you move on to create your own family. At least, that's what most people do.

Have you noticed what happens when you begin your journey of creating your own family? Many patterns that are familiar to you, and that were part of your experience as a child, are beginning to find their way in your new family, where you are the parent. You take up the role of either one of the adults in the family that you grew up with, and you pass on some of the roles you used to have to your own children.

What you've learned as a child, you are teaching to your own children. Sounds pretty clear, right? Well, it is not always that clear to you, until you find yourself in the middle of a conversation with your child, who is asking the exact same question you asked your own parents: "Why can't I go stay with my friend over night?" And suddenly, you remember how you used to feel, when you were told a very clear "Because I don't want you to."

Here's what happens... You go through life, and you take the many patterns of energy that are created in the interactions you have with others (including your family), and you apply these patterns to the family that you are creating later in life.

Most of the time, you are willing and trying hard to avoid repeating the mistakes that your parents made during their life with you, but somehow you find that those "mistakes" have found their way into your family. And then you realize that it's not so easy to let go of these old energy patterns which are clearly old to you, but you don't really know how to release them.

So what can you do? It takes active involvement on your part (and of course from your partner, too) to remember the old patterns, and to learn to release them from your life. But some of these patterns carry important themes along with them, which you haven't resolved yet.

That's why, when you notice such a pattern, it is important to pay very close attention to the details. You will notice how all the elements find a way to re-create the experiences that you had in the past, when you were a young child.

Look at all these details, and see what looks to be particularly important to you. Do you notice, maybe something that you haven't been able to see before? Can you take a closer look at what you are discovering?

Sometimes being quiet, and writing about your observations helps. At other times, it helps to just be in nature, and let the old experiences leave your body. And yet other ways that you can understand and release these experiences can be through active meditation, or through dreaming.

Spend some time allowing to be given important information about what these experiences still mean to you. What is it that you haven't integrated yet about the old You, and that you can finally resolve now?

One thing that will come out of this exercise will be that, even if the same patterns will re-occur in your current family situation, having released the old energy from them, you will not attract further experiences that would bring pain or distress to you, or to your family. You will be able to catch it when a situation is developing in front of you, and then you can take action accordingly. And that's where you will have changed the trajectory of your family, both from the future and present, but also from the experiences of the past. You will find more peace and joy in your family life, and this will certainly brighten your days.

DOES MONEY REALLY MATTER TO YOU?

Money matters. And it matters to you, as much as it matters to anybody else you know.

It matters because it is a symbol for worth, for accomplishment, and for the ability to survive. Money has been around for a while, and it's going to be around for some more time, as it looks now. And it's not so much that money is the answer to everything, like many would have you believe, but money represents empowerment for many people, on so many levels. It is a tool that is now ingrained in the mass consciousness.

You may tell yourself that you don't want to be a part of this mass consciousness, and that you don't care so much about the money. You say that you only care about having a decent life, and being able to do what you want. To do what you're here to do, as a human being on Earth.

So, why would you then want money? Well, that's a tricky question. And you can observe how you are already caught in a conflict. You don't actually want money, you just want to be able to have, and do whatever money will make available to you. You don't want money just to be able to buy groceries and look at them. You want money, so that you can buy your groceries, and in turn the groceries will serve the purpose of nourishing you. You don't want the money for a car, just to look at the car. You want the money, so that you can buy a car, which will be a way for you to move between places.

Most of the people think of money in these terms. Yet, you actually feel a conflict when it comes to wanting the money. Why?

It is because you don't want to feel needy, as if you are not able to provide for yourself. And money is triggering this very feeling in you. It is awakening in you the fear of survival, which is the number one fear that will dominate your subconscious world. This fear is the very reason why you feel stuck many times. That's when you turn around, and say that you do want the money, because that's your measurement for being in control, and for feeling successful. When you feel that you're able to control your destiny, you move through life without fear, and that's what you are striving for.

So, how can you reconcile this conflict between wanting the money, or not? How can you move through life without experiencing the creeping fear that you don't have enough money?

1. First, you understand that money is only a tool for creating a happy life for yourself.
2. Second, you reflect on your needs, and how you can meet them with your money.
3. Third, you deny fear any presence in your mind, telling you stories about how you don't have what you need.
4. Next, you review, and give thanks for what you already have.
5. Now it's time to create a plan of action, and choose your priorities.
6. Then make sure that you set your intention, and your focus for reaching your goals.
7. After that, move out into the world, and act!
8. Finally, release all that you believed money will bring to you.
9. And lastly, be willing and be ready to receive the rewards of your effort.


When you practice this frequently, then you will no longer be caught in the mind game of "Do I want money, or maybe not?" and "Will I have enough money, or not?" Your life will no longer be dominated by these conflictual thoughts, which rob you of your energy and resources. Instead of that, you will be fueling your creative projects and your daily activities with excitement, and your higher level thoughts. And these, in turn will create more money and prosperity in your life.

PAIN, WOUNDS AND FORGIVENESS.


Sometimes you fall. You scratch your knees, and it hurts. You are experiencing pain, and as long as you deal with it in that moment, it may sting for a short while, but then you move on. If you don't hold on to the pain, you will be fine.

But what happens, if you don't manage to deal with the pain completely? It will later come back, and rise up to the surface to remind you that you still have something to heal. Unfortunately, the pain is also turning into suffering for you, because you are keeping a part of your experience in a place that you feel safer with, but nevertheless it is an unenlightened, dark space.

When pain turns into suffering, your connection with your Soul is like a radio transmission that is interfered with, sounding a lot like scratchiness. From this place, you can't really reach for your natural state of joy and peace, you feel drained, and you even experience a dark time in your life, leaving you to believe that you are alone and unloved.

Sometimes the best way to deal with pain is to keep it buried. It is a defense mechanism that helps you survive a traumatic event. Because the trauma that causes the pain is too big for you to be able to handle it, you take your time, and you allow only some feelings to surface. Then you cover up other pieces of this pain, and as time passes, you may think that it has disappeared.

If later on, you're able to access that moment when the trauma appeared into your life, and you heal it, then you can move on, and live happily and undisturbed. But the hardest time comes, when you haven't dealt with the whole trauma that was created, and you end up having to face this trauma and the ensuing pain, over and over again.

This is the most likely scenario that many human beings go through, and sometimes it takes a lifetime to go back to the initial innocence. But you should not feel discouraged.

The experience you are having as a human being, allows for such slow development, and processing of the pain that was created in your life. You go through life, accessing times of joy, love and innocence, but they are combined with experiences of pain. This is not happening because you need to be punished for anything. It is only happening because you are exploring a way to deal with the pain, and gain an awareness of your wholeness.

In reality, you can never be hurt. Every experience of life you've ever had, is going to point to that, no matter how big the trauma of your life has been. When you leave this body, you will return to the full awareness of your Wholeness, and you will know that while this journey has been rough in some spots, it was also only temporary and illusory.

So, as you review your past experiences of pain, and you feel how deep this pain has affected you, just remember that you can let it go. Right now, you can release any wounds, and scars that you've been carrying around for such a long time. Give them the appropriate reverence for the wisdom and teaching they have brought into your life, yet you don't need to hold on to an image of yourself being wounded and scarred.

Next, forgive yourself for believing this story for such a long time. Forgive the people who played a role in the experience of pain and wounding that you've endured. Forgive the time that you have invested into healing this part of yourself. And forgive that part of you, who felt frightened and alone when you've experienced the trauma. It is all part of the past. You can embrace a new life now; a life that is pristine, and one that was never corrupted from its perfection. Smile, and be well!

RETURN TO THE LIGHTNESS OF BEING.


At this time of the month and year, you are going through a potent time that is building up between the last Sunday's New Moon and until the Full Moon (also an eclipse) on April 15th. Everything in your life is shifting and changing at a fast pace, and you may be dealing with a great range of intense emotions.

During this time, you may wonder what happened to the clarity that you felt only a week before? As you are dealing with the situations that are presented to you, it may feel as if things are really out of control, and that you have no idea where you're going, but rest assured that your clarity is not gone.

If you look closely at the past few days, you can probably notice that you have been mourning after some things, or experiences from the past. Pay close attention to the feelings that arise now, because they are indicating to you how these past experiences and what they represent, are leaving your life for good.

As you observe the feelings that are coming up with the remembrance of your past experiences, do it with as much objectivity as possible, and let your feelings inform you about what you are finally able to let go of from your life. You may have people and situations showing up from the past, either in your mind or in your day; but it is only because you are able to let go of them, too.

And as you come closer to the Full Moon, you will feel how you are reaching a point of intensity. Yet, after that your feelings will settle, as you are establishing your new direction in life. It will be the direction you are going to take for the next year, so be mindful of what you continue to allow to be part of your life, and what you are letting go of. Because when it's all done, you should feel good about what you're keeping from your past.

To help you overcome this hazy time of release, and figuring out your new direction, you may now benefit from creating a little ceremony for yourself. It might be good to find a way to give a physical expression to your feelings, and you can do that either through a drawing you make, or by placing your feelings on an object that you are willing to give back to the Earth. Next, use the opportunity to go out in nature, and make your intention known to release everything that these feelings represent, and that you no longer need to hang onto. Once the ceremony is done, return to yourself, and feel how much lighter you have become.

When you are born on this Earth, God takes a spark from her/his coat and gives it to you. That spark you carry with you everywhere. It is part of who you are, and it is unique to you. Everybody can see it, yet nobody else has it.

You see, there is a reason for you to have this spark. You are the custodian that is entrusted with this treasure, because you have to take it out into the world and share it with others. And the more you share it, the more it grows. And when it grows, others can enjoy your spark, too. They can be part of it, and they can learn from it to share their own.

You have forgotten how important your mission was, yet we remind you now that it is time. It is time to reveal this spark to yourself. The gifts and the talents that you possess are the way that you can do it. Why are you afraid to show them to the world?

Dare to take what God has given you, and become the most beautiful embodiment of who you are. Don't worry about being odd, or different. You are supposed to be so, and you need to let that be your strength in the world. You can be such an inspiration to everyone else around you.

Go out and do what you know how to do well. Sing to someone you love, repair a broken machine, bake that cake, take the picture that you always wanted to take. Do this. Do what your Soul calls you to do. You know what it is that you love doing. You feel such a passion when you are connected to this place of sharing. This is when you are connected to your spark. Then you know that you are doing what you're supposed to do.

You truly can be all that you want to be.

REST, REFLECT, REJUVENATE. WHY?


The secret of a healthy body and mind is as simple as this: rest, reflect, rejuvenate. How can that be possible?

You've probably had at least one episode in your life when you worked hard, and you worked beyond your available resources. You probably experienced symptoms ranging from exhaustion, distraction, and lost focus, up to having lots of physical symptoms that include lack of sleep, nausea, dehydration, and loss of appetite.

Your need to take a break was increasing the more you worked, yet the more you worked, the harder it was to stop yourself. It became a self-reinforcing cycle that would create more exhaustion, and you couldn't really achieve much by continuing on that path.

When you face something like this, it is high time to break the pattern. But to do so, you have to understand that only a rested mind and body can continue to move forward and achieve anything. Once you begin to exhaust your resources, your mind gets cluttered, you disperse your energy, and your emotions start running wild. And with all of this, the next possible outcome is that you will be sick before long.

How then, can you break this cycle? How do you convince yourself, when you are already so tired, that you need to stop and rest? Especially in these moments, your thinking is irrational, and you can't see how you could possibly stop before your finish everything that you believe needs to be done.

In such a moment, it will be important to watch for the signs that were mentioned earlier. Do you have trouble sleeping? Are you starting to feel a little paranoid about doing so many things that you collected on a full list? Do you worry, first thing when you wake up? Then, it is definitely time to stop.

And you can do so, by creating a simple routine. First, you need to take just one hour away from your day, and do something different. Engage in an activity that you have especially neglected over the last weeks.

It could be as simple as going for a long walk, and intently focusing on what you see around yourself, and completely disengaging from the activity of your mind. Another thing you could do is to stop, and cook a meal for you and a loved one, and then purposefully spend time over that meal without any other distractions. So, you see, it's about disconnecting the mind, and re-connecting the heart.

Next, you have to observe your obsessions. What are you constantly distracted about? How fast do you actually move from one idea to another, without even taking the time to reflect on what you are doing? When you observe yourself, see how much time you spend over these obsessions. They really take up a lot of your resources, and so this is an important step of self-observation.

What comes after this, would be to take some time to re-wire your activity of the day. By now, you probably have such a cluttered day, filled with useless tasks. All of these could be completed in a few hours, if you wouldn't be so distracted. But because everything is so chaotic, you are jumping from one thing to another, just like your thoughts jump from one to another. That's why it's important to re-wire your activity. Make priorities for the things that you have to accomplish, and that are realistic to be accomplished on a short term. And don't worry about the long-term activities. Just put them to the side.

In doing this, you un-clutter your day, which allows you to be more productive. And when you see results coming from your work, you will start feeling better, and this in turn will stimulate your mind, and your heart in positive ways.

At this stage, you have to be careful. You may be carried away by enthusiasm, and be tempted to take on larger chunks of work again, when you are not ready yet. And now comes the trick: you need to stop completely. You really need to step back. Get away from any kind of work for at least half a day, or a day. You are now finally able to rest.

This step is really essential, because it triggers your creativity. Because you feel good about your latest accomplishments, your enthusiasm comes back, and your creative side gets ignited. Such a moment is so important to take advantage of, because if you do rest now, you will find that your mind will continue to be active, but in a way that brings so many things together that you were not able to understand before your break.

Now you can look at your situation with different eyes, and if you are rested, you are able to follow through with some inspiration that you will feel coming to you. Unresolved issues will soon just resolve out of the blue. And that will happen because you've reflected long enough on yourself, and you've given yourself time to just be, and have not forced anything to move in a certain direction. Your mind gets quiet, and your heart is re-aligned. You find a deep sense of contentment and peace with your life, and surprise... this rejuvenates you deeply.

Indeed, it is through this balance that you have achieved within that you will feel energized again, and you will have lots of new ideas, and new projects that will appear in your mind. And since the panic and the anxiety have left, you are now in charge with great joy and determination to do what you love again.

WHO IS YOUR SOUL MATE?

You probably have encountered people in your life that your deeply resonated with. Maybe it was a friend, or it might have been a sibling, or a romantic partner. In this relationship you feel that you are able to merge completely with that one person. Like never before in any other relationship, you can feel the flow of love, and your relationship is blessed with joy.

But what happens, if there is no such a person in your life? What if you never experienced this with anybody, not even with a romantic partner? What do you do then?

Far too often people create illusions in their minds about how a wonderful relationship should feel like. And the Soul mate concept is so wide-spread that many people expect a romantic partnership to be successful, only if you finally believe that you have found your Soul mate.

But how do you find a Soul mate, when you have no idea what it feels like to be blessed with joy and complete serenity when you embrace your own Soul? How can you expect that someone else would fill a void in your life, when you don't even know how deep that void is?

It is really your duty to find that love, and to experience the communion with your Soul first, and then to allow this love to fill your whole human experience, before you go out and expect for someone else to come, and do that job for you. It is your responsibility to understand where you have misunderstood your relationship with yourself, and to clear it first, so that the flow of your Soul's love can touch everything in your life.

Then and only then you can go out, and meet the people that you are ready to have relationships with. When you are full yourself, you cannot but experience more love, and more joy. That is when you have allowed yourself to be loved fully and completely by your Self, and your love will pour out in every one of your relationships. You will then feel connected with every human being that allows for the flow of love to be coming to you. And that is when you know that you have found your Soul mate.

HEALING YOUR OLD RELATIONSHIPS.

Here you are, reaching a stage in your life where you are a capable and respected adult in your world, and you are in charge of the many aspects of your life. However, one of the things that still keeps you in your past, and feeling like you did when you were a child, are your old relationships.

You find yourself going through each of your days, feeling good about who you are and what you do, and feeling in charge. Yet, there are those moments when you go back in time. You meet a relative or an old friend, and the whole image about your life crumbles to the ground in just a few seconds. You stand in front of this person, who for some reason is able to completely shatter your self-image, and you may feel small or helpless like a child around a perilous situation.

Maybe in your mind you didn't understand who this person was from the very beginning. Maybe you never really understood who you are either. But maybe, maybe this old dynamic that plays out in this relationship is just something that has come to a peak, and you are finally grasping that no matter how it makes you feel, you are ready to deal with it. Can you feel this?

Just think of this one individual in your life that no matter how much you change, or how much you see your life progress, somehow you end up feeling like the old you around him or her.

Remember to breathe as you think about this person, and just feel what is coming up into your awareness. A lot of wounded feelings are coming up, no? Yes, there is sorrow, maybe anger, there is fear, and who knows, maybe even some denial, too. It's hard to look at this relationship, and not feel like somehow you've failed. But please, continue to feel without necessarily changing anything, or doing something. It's important to acknowledge your feelings, without getting overwhelmed by them. Just be aware of them.

Once your feelings are clear to you, please understand that even though there is a lot of wounding, you also feel love for this person. No matter how bad they make you feel, your loyalty to this person comes from love, and not just because you have a shared past. And the love is the reason why you feel bad. You care about this person, and you understand what he is doing, and yet you still love him.

So what to do? Now is the time to shift your perspective a little. Have you ever wondered why YOU don't feel the need to make him feel bad? Have you wondered why you continue to have a relationship with this person, knowing that you really don't have much in common? If you tell yourself that it's because of the shared past, or because of the shared family ties, you are not looking close enough.

In the case of any other person who would behave the way this person has done, you would probably never want to see him again in your life. And the probability is that you will not see that person again. Ever. Yet, it's not the same in the case of the person we are talking about here.

The reason why you hold on, is because you not only love this person, but you also hold on to that part of yourself that feels like a frightened child. And for some reason, this person calls up this part of you, and reminds you of it.

Now, the question is: do you really need this reminder? Or is it time to change your relationship with yourself, and with the person who reminds you constantly of the past. Are you ready to be really honest with yourself? If you are, the steps are simple, yet profound. Not easy, however they are simple.

1. First you acknowledge that you are ready.
2. Second, you understand that you are looking at your past.
3. Then, you will have to look honestly at yourself, and see yourself as you are. With both your qualities and your faults. Look at them honestly, and don't overlook any of them.
4. Next, look at the person who has served as a reminder throughout your life, of that frightened part of you. Be willing to see this person for who he is. Allow that real person behind the mask to be revealed to you.
5. This next step is about acknowledging the lies that you've been telling yourself around this relationship. Be honest, and don't cheat. Have you been hiding behind a facade, and not acknowledging your true feelings about this person? Now it's the time to be aware.
6. Next you need to take back your own energies. Whatever you have given of yourself that doesn't belong in the relationship that you are facing right now, needs to come back to you. Now!
7. At last, without saying or doing anything, just let go. Let the relationship go, and let the facade go. Let everything go. And be willing to see it all come apart.

This is the moment when you have liberated yourself. You are allowing yourself to become the real you in this relationship, and you are closer to embodying the awareness of your Divinity. The wounds of this old relationship will start healing, and you may find that it can finally evolve to what its potential is. Yet, you may also find that the relationship will slip in the distant past, as you continue to grow, and the other person is not willing to do so, too. This time it will not hurt, because you understand, and you have compassion for his journey, while you are free to move on with your own life. Enjoy it!
