THE SEED OF JOY

The season of celebration dedicated to the light has started in many places in the Western world. It is a season where many are searching for the light around and outside of themselves, yet all of you carry this light within you.

During this season, many are looking to experience joy, and this search is fueled by a desire to feel and to be part of a greater experience of love.

Have you stopped for a moment to see what comes into your life during this season?

While much of your pursuit is happening outside of yourself, you may be surprised to find that what you're looking for, is right there within you. It is not somewhere outside of you, but it is inside of you. You carry the seed of joy within you, and all that you need is to be patient, and to be able to acknowledge this potential that you hold within yourself.

So how can you recognize that you are able to create joy into your life? By recognizing your unwavering courage in the face of difficult situations, when everything seems to be hopeless, and by the way you continue to hope, and hold in your heart the desire to experience joy. This hope creates miracles where there seems to be nothing but despair.

So, make sure that during this time, you spend some moments in the silence of your private space, to feel and to connect with hope, and to germinate this seed of joy. Make a little ritual of inviting joy into your life, over the course of the next weeks. You could spend five minutes in your space every day, calling for it and feeling this seed growing within you. Let it grow, and let it come to fill your life dear friends.
